The staff from tow guy Ed to the mechanic Cody and owner Roger. You all are wonderful. You were kind, and worked diligently. Thank you. The job went from 3 to 4 days to 8days but that was because the head shop was backed up. I was stranded in FL but thats okay what better place to be. I was all in by the time I was to pick it up only to find it wasn't done. But you got me on my way home that evening. Thank you. Sorry I fell apart on ya. LOL. Air conditioning fan quit working again??? Then started working again???? Will call you on Monday to see if you have any ideas.
I brought my car in to have the rotors turned on the front brakes only and get an estimate on a/c repair. 1000.00 dollars later due to damage they did to my car that the owner Roger told me I was responsible for and work they did without my consent or permission broke my bank. I have disabled veteran plates on my car and I guess they saw a sucker coming because they sure got me. Even worse, the work they did, I have to go to someone else to get it properly repaired. Stay away from this business.
I always appreciate that American Towing checks all things under my hood when I come in for an oil change. They always do my regular maintenance (flushes, timing belt, water pump, etc) but with over 192,000, things could go wrong inbetween. Car is still going great thanks to my regular maintenance at American Towing.
Recommended to me by Lisa Browning, Roger has done excellent work for us, helping to transform our vehicles in such a way that we are able to keep them much longer. We are currently over 178,000 miles on one vehicle, the one we thought was a lemon and would never run right! I can't call it a lemon any more, thanks to Roger and his team!

Great service again from American Towing and Auto. Rodger and his team are dependable and trustworthy.
I bought a car from Roger on March 16th. The next day the car started acting very poorly, surging and behaving as if the ignition was cutting out. Called Roger on the 19th and was advised to bring it in and he'd look into it. After nearly a week he finally gets around to looking into it, claims it won't do the same thing. Stop by there, tell him in detail what happened to me (drove the car approx. 20mi and it began acting up) and lo and behold it does it for him too. Another week rolls by and they still haven't fixed the issue, don't seem interested in fixing it so my patience runs out and I tell him to just refund my money. The car was advertised as a "great running" vehicle which it is not. He tells me to get lost, I'm stuck with it. I informed him that if forced to go to the extreme of small claims court I will, he informs me "It won't be the first time or the last". Picked up the car a bit ago and now the power steering doesn't work and the speedometer is way out of range. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business and Roger at all costs.
Roger Houser is always extremely nice, helpful and efficient. All of the other mechanics there are also efficient and always courteous. They go out of their way to help you. I recommend American Towing and Auto to all of my friends.

Years ago a friend recommended this company for brake service. I have been using them ever since for most of my car needs. I feel the work is done well, the prices are competitive and I trust Roger. I once had a re-occuring problem and they fixed them free of charge.
Some of my cars are quite old and I carry their card with me, one time I had my car stop on the way home from work and I called them and they picked my car on Dallas Highway and dropped me off at my house and then took the car to the shop. My Honda was fixed the next day. It is nice to have this company in Acworth.

Today marks 3 weeks that you've had my car, 2+ weeks since you've cashed the check for my car repair, 1 week since the second time I was told my car was going to the Ford dealership for repair, 1 week since I've received any feedback from your shop - (ALL feedback is the result of MY outreach to you even though I've asked repeated and been given assurances to be kept in the loop), and 1 day since I soaked my Jeep in the rain because my car was unavailable.
Today is also the day I start requiring twice daily updates initiated from your shop until my car repair is complete - morning and afternoon. We - together - need to ensure that my patience, good natured attitude toward this situation, and good will towards your shop is not being abused.
