I like this place, service and employees I had contact with. However, there were some glitches on this day. Exam screen was not working properly had to wait a bit on that, took some time before the air kicked in first thing in the morning. But I hope they continue in business in that area. We need them. I did find it a bit unprofessional that their disappointment was visible when I indicated I had already purchase my frames elsewhere. Unfortunately I had looked for years in the Raleigh area and have been unhappy with the frame selection. While visiting my daughter in NY I found what I wanted and bought them. As for the lens, I paid for them years ago in order to use my flex spending even though I had not found frames, so I had to take my new frames somewhere else. However, I may use them for frames and lens in the future if I like the selection, but on this occasion I will not due to the circumstances.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of the office from the check in to the check out. It was only later that some from my office stated that we were supposed to get at least a 15 % discount but anyway I enjoyed my visit with or without the dicount!

Quick to get me in even though I was early. Staff was pleasant. Doctor was good and suggested a practical solution to my concerns. Picking out the glasses was the easiest as the support person was so helpful. I've worn glasses since middle school. Best eye appointment experience I have ever had. Thank you

Everything was wonderful. Dr. Davis was great and Tamkia and Lori were very helpful!! I love my glasses. this is the 1st pair I have that does not give me a headache. Keep up the good work!!
