I've been going to Aveda for a couple of years now. Talented stylists, good products.

Trisha (colorist) and Gabby (cut) were awesome; my hair always looks so good when they do their magic.

I could have done without the complimentary makeup artist. It made me look old and I had to wash it off when I went home.

I'm very Satisfied with my new hairstyle!

Literally the worst salon on earth. They are forced to use dye sparingly, so they try to make half the amount needed color your hair scraping it through which hurts, leavng spots of missing color anyway!. And I got lucky and met someone that worked here who told me why its so bad. They won't refund, they'll make you go back 5 times and you'll still be upset. And forget a haircut, they're cutting before u say not much. Even PAYING takes 10 minutes. They just aren't organized and they don't care. Awful.

Had a great experience -- very happy with my haircut and customer service; I would definitely recommend your salon to my family and friends.

I was treated very well. I enjoyed the shoulder and hand massage. The haircut was excellent. Great experience.

I asked the stylist to cut my hair longer in the front than the last, so that it slopes downward. She did the complete opposite, making it much shorter in front than back. I'm trying to grow it long, do I can't have it corrected. Very disappointed.

Paola and Tricia are wonderful! My only problem with the spa is that their music skips. It happened the last time I was in their and I thought maybe it was a glitch but now six weeks later they still have the same problem with their music. It was there for 2 1/2 hours and it wasn't very relaxing. I hope the owners have this problem taken care of.

worst haircut i have ever received, i got a cut and color and it took over 3 hrs which alone was frustrating. my stylist did not listen to what i was asking for and did not understand what i was asking for. she didn't even as if i wanted my hair thinned and before i knew it she was thinning my hair and with the thinning sheers which is a tool used at super-cuts not a high end salon. it got to the point where i just asked her to stop and i paid and left. i have to now go get my hair cut again to fix the mess that she created
