I was recommended to come here and have found that they are friendly, have great service, and are easy to work with.

Originally I discovered All German when I saw a gorgeous BMW L6 and so I asked the guy where he had it serviced. So I went there too. I have been going there ever since. I have had three BMWs including a two Dinan 5s and an L7, two Mercedes and a Porsche 911. They have solved all nature of problems I have encountered and saved me from terrible repairs with great diagnostics and personal favors to avoid incredible dealer parts costs. The rare times I have been to the dealers (ie Hoehn Porsche) they have been abysmal such as badly scratching brand new paint with their lousy car wash and charging $450 for a new key.
All German is more professional than the dealers. They may well have better equipment. They work harder for your loyalty and I have never seen them advertise. If there is ever any question about what you need to do they explain in great detail what the issues are and what can happen and what the choices are. Their rates are much better than the dealers and they offer customers specials which often discount parts and service. The fact is they can do things dealers cannot. If you are looking for a great shop to take your car then you want to, put All German Auto at the top of your list.

Brought in my BMW M5 with an intermittant electrical problem draining the battery. AGA did a great job and Troy was very helpful. Took a bit longer than I had hoped but in the end, I was pleased with the service and the value. I will definately recommend AGA to others.

Great company top to bottom. Martin, the owner is genuinely concerned than the customer is aware of options for repairs and that they are treated honestly & that quality work is performed. Truly you dealer alternative.

I had my 2006 BMW 330i tires mounted and balanced by AGA yesterday and have nothing but good comments for the company. This was first time to get my vehicle serviced here and will look into returning next due maint. The people were courteous and efficient and I was IN/OUT within 1hr.

Car is running great. I detailed it yesterday and it looks great. I noticed when cleaning the inside of the doors there is a black plug missing on the lower part of each door. Apparently the tech forgot to put them back.

Do you have them. If so, e-mail me and I will stop by and pick them up.

Troy does an excellent job caring for our car. He gives us a sense that when he recommends something for our car, it's what he'd do if it was his car. His straightforward approach is appreciated and his follow up is above and beyond expectations. All German Auto has consistently shown us that they are honest in their business dealings and a solid organization (not something we've experienced elsewhere). It's worth the drive from Vista to call All German Auto our car mechanic partner of choice.

Extraordinary breadth of knowledge of the car and attention to detail. Helpful, honest; they went out of their way to get me out of a bind. Did not try to up-sell, which was a great relief given the way most car repair guys operate. I only wish I lived in the area so I could take my car here all the time!

Excellent customer service and mechanical workmanship on replacing the front left suspension strut and solving an issue with the vehicle constantly dropping down. The work was completed within the quoted time and delivered on time for leaving the following day on a rather long road trip - 3,520 miles with absolutely no problems.
