Your schedule was obviously behind - I had a 4:00 apt. and did not get in until 4:45 - didn't leave until 5:55.
I was very surprised to find out what was put in my history - erroneous diagnostic information. It got removed, but it should never have been there.
Your selection of frames did not include anything like the one I am currently wearing. I ended up just asking for new lenses in my current frames. It was very disappointing. I believe I could do better at another provider.
Everything was great... got in right away, had things explained to me, and look forward to getting my new glasses. Given that I can only get my glasses covered elsewhere by my United Healthcare Vision insurance, I'll feel I need to go elsewhere to get the fames and prescription filled.
