I was very surprised to find out what was put in my history - erroneous diagnostic information. It got removed, but it should never have been there.
Your selection of frames did not include anything like the one I am currently wearing. I ended up just asking for new lenses in my current frames. It was very disappointing. I believe I could do better at another provider.
Love the friendly service and the doctor for the exam. Thanks for trying to help me with payments from medicare and health net even though we have no idea if they will help financially. Now let's see how things go once the glasses come in.
Everything was great... got in right away, had things explained to me, and look forward to getting my new glasses. Given that I can only get my glasses covered elsewhere by my United Healthcare Vision insurance, I'll feel I need to go elsewhere to get the fames and prescription filled.
