In the future, if the Dr is going to be 30 minutes behind schedule, a call or e-mail alert would be appreciated. Aside from that, the overall visit and the staff were excellent.

I walked into Valley Eye Care yesterday without an appointment. I was having trouble with pain in one of my eyes. I was able to be seen within 20 minutes. Dr. Hale and his staff took time and care with me to make a diagnosis, prescribe medication and to answer all of my questions. I have been seeing Dr. Halle for 5 years now, and am very happy with him, and the whole staff at Valley Eye Care.

They are very courteous and knowledgeable.

My concerns were listened to before the examination and extra care was taken in explanation and examination of my eyes in regards to my concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Eye Care to any one requiring their services. I went there on recommendation from my wife and children.
