Staff is friendly and professional. Dr Hale is THE best! I've never been able to see this well. Highly recommend.
My recent appointment was carried out in speedy and satisfactory manner. Dr. Young and assistants were very attentive and I appreciated it. I have but one complaint--the parking lot was full when I arrived and had to find an empty parking space a block away. No big deal, but it is the first time that has happened to me. Just a question of timing I think. New lenses are promised in two weeks.
Very knowledgable, professional and personable staff!
Dr Hale and the staff at Valley Eye Care are incredible! I am there often due to a chronic eye condition and they are always courteous, kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Dr. Hale is the most patient and kind eye doctor. I know I am in good hands at Valley Eye Care!
Saw Dr. Young and was very happy with him and his staff. Will definitely be back, and would recommend highly
Great Care.
I went in to choose new frames, and I was greeted right away. Bobbie was great, she just let me browse for awhile, and then helped me choose a great pair of glasses, and finished up the order and prescription I needed, by taking measurement etc.
Very nice and helpful, it was a pleasant experience.
As always. The best people, best service. Love going there!
Very thorough examination. Process took a little longer than I had anticipated
Awesome as always!
My Dr. wasn't in and they referred me to Valley Eye Care to check out sudden flashes of light in my right eye. Although they were very busy, they worked me in as quickly as they could and gave me a very thorough check-up.
I was pleased with how pleasant, courteous and efficient they were.
I'm thinking very seriously of going back there.

We shall see how I feel AFTER I get my glasses, but I left with a new, pessimistic feeling; I was sold (unsuccessfully) the more expensive progressive lenses on the basis that the normal ones have a very small field of vision, and expecting that it will be difficult/maybe impossible to get used to them, having lived 50 years without glasses....but this didn't convince me to spend an extra $200 I don't have.
