A disappointing 4 hour appt. My first visit was superb, but the stylists did not
Keep my color details. The second time she did not take the time to consult or listen to my concerns of the colors she was using. I asked for a coppery brown red with blonde highlights. She used a burgundy base and orange color that did not cover gray well. Looks very fake and does not match my skin tones.
The first perm color burned my scalp, the first time in15 years. A Demi was applied that made the roots appear brassy. The highlights and colors of dark burgundy, orange, blonde and some other color do not compliment. The stylist worked very hard. A great cut, but the color is fakey. She offered coming back for a toner. But my scalp is extremely itchy today and hair feels over processed. I have done better with a box color verses the 256 price tag and with a Demi that has not last in the past.

I received services from Danielle, I had a very short cut and she did a pretty good job with the exception of a few longer pieces that she missed and I had to cut myself after I returned home. But everyone can miss overall I was pleased.
Danielle is wonderful! She knows exactly what my hair needs to look its best, even when I do not have a clue. Not only do I leave with a great hair style, I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed as well.
I was very nervous about coloring my hair for the first time but James was great and the color is perfect. Even though I did not have an exact cut in mind, he listened to what I wanted and my cut was excellent! I would definitely recommend James!!
Lawrence did an incredible job, as usual! The other team members were also quite courteous and professional, and everyone was interested in making sure I was comfortable. I always love my Tulip experiences!

I am sorry we did not achieve the end result as your fist visit. I did do a search and found that your name was misspelled on your initial visit. I merged the 2 visits into one record so we have a complete history of your visits and formulas. The new formula was actually slightly lighter than your first visit but other than that almost identical. The chemicals used were exactly the same. When Jessica was ¾ through applying the color you experienced a burning sensation and it was agreed that she should rinse it off. This left ¼ of your hair without any color applied. The only agreed upon solution to completing the color, was to use a demi color instead of permanent to avoid any further scalp irritation. A demi color does not achieve as complete gray coverage and may result in a slightly different color from permanent. Our stylists are highly trained / experience and go beyond the status quo. I am therefore confident we can achieve your desired results. It is possible you have developed sensitivity to permanent color. Therefore, we will need to do a patch test to confirm that your skin can tolerate permanent color. I am inviting you back for another visit at no charge till we can get this right for you.
