Pyara Spa and Salon

I love coming to this salon, I am always greeted nicely and offered water or tea, and my stylist is wonderful. She is the right combination of fun and professionalism and I have loved the cut and color she has given me each time I come to see her. The products work well, the relaxing neck rub they also include is such a treat, and I just can't say enough good about the salon, the people who work there and the results I get.

called for a last minute brow/lip wax. they were polite and friendly on the phone. establishment was clean, everyone was friendly. I was in and out. very impressed.

Had a fantastic 90 minute massage with Patricia. She worked out the tension, tightness, and stress that had been building up since the last time I visited, and offered advice for things I could try at home. Excellent service and atmosphere as always.

Once again, Jesus Dias, rocked it! We stuck with the awesome caramel/brown color and I left it up to him on what to do with the cut. Soon I had the cutest shoulder length style with layers! I hadn't had layers in years because of horrible previous experiences that left it looking (and sticking out) like straw. But Jesus' scissors glided through my hair and left it smooth, sleek and fabulous. A friend of mine, who is a NYC actress saw it and said she had to make an appointment with Jesus the next time she was in Boston.

Ariel is a wonderful stylist- warm, smart and incredibly skilled. I went to a party right after my appointment and got rave reviews on my style. Just what I expected after a visit to Pyara with Ariel!

I made this appointment knowing it may be difficult to be away from my 10 week old baby girl, Vivian. However, I was heading back to work and needed to get my hair done. I brought my mom along to watch Vivian and my 3.5 year old Sophia in hopes that a bottle would hold her over enough that I could get a brow wax, color and cut. Eyebrow wax- no problem. Then ten minutes into my highlights my mom strolls in with the girls. Let me tell you how amazingly accommodating your staff was. My stylist Melissa was so understanding. I was so concerned that we were overstaying our welcome and your staff helped me feel ok with my entourage. I was able to sneak away to feed vivian while my color set in. While I got my cut Sophia sat in the chair next to me and Melissa was ok with that. Believe me when I say that I will not bring my children again because I feel it is inappropriate but also because I was unable to relax myself. I hope you will commend Melissa on her effort and kindness yesterday. Thanks so much. I will be back, Jessica Barabani

Went here for an updo for my senior prom. I absolutely loved it! It came out beautiful. The only thing I have to say is that I wish it came out more like the pictures I showed. It actually didn't look like it very much at all. But I did LOVE the outcome! Will certainly be back.

Brenda is an absolutely brilliant hairstylist. Love the relaxing neck massage, the warm towel conditioning treatment and the way my hair feels when I leave the salon.
