I love my haircut. Jesus did a fabulous job. I asked him to trim it half an inch and he LISTENED! Usually, most hair salons cut off too much when I ask for a trim. He gave me a perfect haircut! Also Mak's 15 min. chair massage was awesome.

I just went to Pyara for the first time today, and I know I will be back. Lauren did an AMAZING job on my haircut, and I couldn't be happier. The whole ambiance and customer service from start to finish was excellent!!
Meghan is wonderful . Makes me feel comfortable during wax. visit her for services on a monthly basis.

The face that you have an entire page dedicated to customer etiquette is beyond weird. I think it says a lot about a place that frequently does not answer the phone, double books appointments, and acts as if they frankly are too good for their customers. When you sent me an email to "request" an appointment I thought I would let you know. It's weird and I have moved on. Plan B is right across the street and they value me as a customer.

I had a fantastic 90 minute massage with Patricia. We worked on range of motion, and stress relief. It was, as always, an incredibly relaxing 90 minutes. Patricia is highly knowledgeable and quick to put you into a relaxed mindset. I look forward to my next session.

OK spa day -- nothing special. If you want a really outstanding spa day, go to the Four Seasons in Boston or one of the other upscale hotels in the city. Spa services here are alright but I was expecting something outstanding and all I got was average. The massage was OK -- but I had a much better massage last week locally, near my house. The facial was similarly OK. You'd be better off spending a little more for a REAL spa experience.
