haven't been there for about two years. loved the updated space. everyone was very friendly from the receptionist to the stylist and lastly the shampoo girl. loved my haircut and color. i was a little perplexed when the stylist told me it would cost about $25 to $30 for a blow out with a toucup. I know that all the salons do the same thing. I'm just trying to rationalize that in my head. It cost more for a color rather then a cut-yet you still have to pay an additional charge for the blowout. I asked if their were hairdryers available if a customer wanted to do that themselves. The stylist said that there is always an available dryer but it didn't seem that was usually a request the customer would make. I would love to come back for another appt., but not sure I want to pay practically the same amount just for a color & blowout that I would pay for a cut and color. Christiana my stylist handeled all my questions and concerns in a very professional manner.

Awesome as usual. Donna rocks the haircut. Bring back the vibrating chairs!!!!!!
The people there are all great, and I love my cut and color. I was very disappointed with the new wash sinks and chairs- they were VERY uncomfortable. They kept moving up and down and hurt my neck a great deal. Getting my hair washed is my favorite part of having my hair done and it was awful and may cause me not to go back.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Jeni. this is nothing new, she is the BEST!
However, this time we were disappointed in two other areas - massage chair was removed from shampoo area and the two girls who shampooed our hair did not do a great job - no or very little conditioner, no head massage (we always look forward too) , my daughter's hair was full of knots after the shampoo and they were not brushed out.
Our overall rating was impacted by the shampoo experience.
usually our overall experience is excellent - James does a WONDERFUL job with shampoos

And they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable while waiting for your appointment. I also like the time they take to make sure you get the cut that you want.
I was hoping for a little more pizzazz.
