Serenity Couture - Ames

The pedicure was wonderful, relaxing, just what I expected and more. The problem was wait time. I waited for the person I was scheduled with for 30min. She was still with a customer so another stylist was offered. I shouldn't have had to wait that long and a discount or coupon or any little extra offered would have been a good business practice.

Courtney did a great job.

Have been a client of the solon for years. I needed to change my appt. time and they were able to work me in the same day! I appreciated not having to wait a week or more for a new appt. time.

I really appreciate the "low key" atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. Lots to offer but never a sale push, great service and great location.

Libby is amazing! So relaxing and a great haircut.

Libby is a star stylist. I showed her an example of what I wanted and she went above and beyond. I cannot say how great a job she does. The staff is friendly and professional and very attentive to your needs. My appointment ended up going late and even though it was past 9 by the time I was done, I did not feel like the staff rushed to get me out of there. Every experience at Serenity in Ames has always been a pleasure.

Excellent pedicure, staff was wonderful and I really like the massage components of the experience. However, on both occasions that I have had a pedicure at this salon the chairs become very uncomfortable during the last half of the service.

Great as always.

I always have a good experience. People are very attentive, thoughtful, and insightful to my needs. I am always offered a drink and the IPad. I am just sick, however, that Wendy is leaving. She has been the BEST hair sylist I have ever had!
