Tender Care Dentistry

I recently took my son for a dental visit. None of the hygienist that had been there we no longer there. All new "temp" staff. Were not good with kids. Did not put Vaseline on my son's dry cracked lips before doing his exam. Caused him pain. Very displeased with the service and when I asked whom I can make a complaint to, I was told to come on here to let people know. Kids are creature of habit and it is sad that they had great staff before to only disturb the wonderful children's atmosphere.

Both Dr. Parker and Dr. Kim were wonderful, gentile, and informative. We had a great experience!

I brought my daughter to Tender Care after a bad experience with another dentist. The staff at Tender Care was everything the other dentist was not. They were all friendly and took their time examining her and explaining to me and my daughter what needed to be done. Her work (2 cavities filled and 4 molars sealed) was done quickly- work done in 20 minutes, in and out of office in 45 minutes total. I would recommend them to anyone needing a pediatric dentist!

I was very pleasantly surprised that the appointment and the fillings went so well. Sarah did bite her lip yesterday because she was still numb and the bite looks pretty nasty. I do have to say that I am applying for supplemental dental insurance because I was blown away at the cash register when I was told my portion of the bill was $816.00!!

Was very calm and patient with my son, who has autism, he gets scared easy. Very pleased!!

As a worker in the dental field I have been to different offices and seen alot. But I have to say that this Pedo office is very efficient. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My son had fillings done and never once had any issue with getting numb and going thru the whole procedure. The doctor and assistant were very understanding to my son and his need to wiggle in the chair (a lot) and never once got upset. Thank you

My son enjoyed his visit and is looking forward to his next cleaning in 6 months!

I have had three of my grandchildren coming here for awhile and they love it. they look forward to be going to see the crew there. Everyone is so nice.
