Ever since they've been opened, VTASR has taken care of all of our family vehicles. They are always up front and honest with what needs to be done- even if it's for repairs that are necessary, but that we don't want to hear about! =:0 They are also willing to work with us when it comes to installing parts we provide ourselves (can be a BIG $$ saver!). They've also made good on not charging us the cost of AC coolant when it came to an AC issue that they worked on, but still needed charging within the warranty period. One time I even had one of the employees help me/work on a light on my car for over 30 minutes- all on his own. Good stuff, VTASR!!
