RMF Auto Service

I have always had excellent service at RMF. Not only are they quick and have great service, they send me coupons for a real savings on my next service there. Great marketing to get me to come back, great customer service when I do.
I will faithfully bring my car there for all my needs!

You guys are always great and take care of us quickly. This past visit however we were charged for tire repair and it was a reseal of the wheel. I wasn't sure if that shouldn't have been covered under the tire sale aggreement. Just asking,

Service is always courteous and completed as requested. This time it took longer than I would have expected given I had an appointment.

We have had our Jeep with RMF for a starter issue that has been hard to diagnose. We think we have solved the problem only to have it return. RMF has been wonderful about picking me up when I've been stranded and keeping my normal life working by supplying me with a loaner car. The problems with my car are frustrating but the customer service at RMF is excellent ! I have faith that RMF can get the job done!

Hello - I am totally in awe of the stellar customer service that I received today from Braden. He went above and beyond the norm to solve a problem that I had and even stayed late to come up with a creative solution. I will definitely have RMF continue to service my car. It is rare to find employees so dedicated to customer care. It does not go unnoticed. I will recommend RMF to my friends.

Snow Storm in May!! Who would have thought!!.. RMF was still there to care for my vehicle. Rain or Shine I have and can depend on them!!
