I trust their diagnosis and work. I believe RMF a good value though I'm sure you can find less expensive alternatives. I've been done with those chain shops for some time; it's not easy finding quality work AND reasonable prices. I believe RMF provides both.

You guys are always great and take care of us quickly. This past visit however we were charged for tire repair and it was a reseal of the wheel. I wasn't sure if that shouldn't have been covered under the tire sale aggreement. Just asking,
Service is always courteous and completed as requested. This time it took longer than I would have expected given I had an appointment.
We have had our Jeep with RMF for a starter issue that has been hard to diagnose. We think we have solved the problem only to have it return. RMF has been wonderful about picking me up when I've been stranded and keeping my normal life working by supplying me with a loaner car. The problems with my car are frustrating but the customer service at RMF is excellent ! I have faith that RMF can get the job done!
