I was very impressed with Dr. Stephens and his diagnosis of my eye problems.
As always my check-up was great. The office staff, Eye Assistant, and Dr. Knox is so friendly, helpful, and professional. The thing I like best is Dr, Knox tells you what your eyes were on your last check-up and what is going on now. I have complete confidence in Hillcrest Eyecare and their staff.
Extended wait time ~30 minutes and very odd hours (open every other Friday)
This office and staff used to be great, I've been a patient for years. However, I recently tried to get warranty service on scratched lenses. New lenses were ordered on Jan 24. It is now March 14. My lenses have been done incorrectly at least 2 times and the latest lenses were ordered 3 weeks ago and still no resolution. Time to go elsewhere!
The wait prior being seen was a little too long, 30 minutes.
The staff and doctors are always welcoming and professional. They make you feel like a person instead of a number. I have been a patient there for over 20 years and now my children go there as well. The dedication and care of Dr. Knox and his staff shine through on every visit.
Fast and efficient intro service with forms, etc.
