the receptionists here are so rude it disgusts me. they do not look at dates of patients records which is just so basic. they told me i last went there in 2011 (i never went in 2011) yet they could not find my 2012 records and i had to bring a copy in from home. when i brought the records in the receptionist acted like it was my fault and told me i had an attitude...umm your a doctors office and you lost my records dont follow that up by telling your customer/patient they have an attitude. the receptionist i had the most issues with was a larger woman with shorter curly hair. KEEEP YOUR RECORDS THEY WILL LOSE THEM AND BLAME YOU.
