The stylist I use is professional and nice however your policy of not allowing a client to put a tip on a credit card along with payment is very inconvenient and ends up taking away possible tips from your employees. Never have been to a establishment that has this policy.

It would be great if you could purchase new pedicure chairs. The ones you have are just awful.

When my former stylist left I considered finding a salon & stylist closer to home. I decided to stay for many reasons; particularly its convenience to work, the staff (all of whom are great) and the attention I receive when I'm getting my haircut.
I was a bit apprehensive about a new stylist, but thought if I go elsewhere I would encounter the same issue, and I really liked Tirra. I was given Carly, and she is FANTASTIC!!! She is a delight to talk with and her haircuts are spot on.
Give Carly and Tirra a try I don't think you'll be disappointed.
