The communication and service was excellent. I completely trust Oak Hill Automotive and know that they are taking good care of our vehicle and us. My only little "complaint" is that it seems a little on the expensive side. Not sure that their prices are completely competitive with others, but their service, communication and expertise make up for it.

He took his time to understand our short term and long term plans for our car and offered multiple options that we could make depending on what we decided to do with the car. Your system needs to estimate current mileage based upon mileage history. I'm getting reminders based upon mileage that I won't reach until another full year. My second car I only put on about 3k or 4k miles per year.

My experience is always good with you all. Because I have only one vehicle, I enjoy the ride home while you are working on my car. I also trust the work being done at all times. Thanks again!
