Stacy is always the best. Kind and sweet I never have a bad hair cut.
Hair cut was average, along the lines of a Supercuts but pricy @ $40. They push for the upsale hard with additional services, which could be ok for your first time but it became annoying on the second visit. Felt myself saying no about 4 times and getting a guilt trip, "you'll have to do the waxing, etc next time!" too much... So if you like all the add on's then cool! I have no motivation to return other then it's on my daily route of travel.

My original appointment I had to postpone because the worker did not make it into work. I stayed for 30 minutes but couldn't wait any longer so it was postponed to the day after which was also 20 minutes late because she was still working on another person. The actual experience was fine but I have seen a lot of turnover in the last 6 months and I am nervous about the quality of the experiences coming in the future. I have been going to American Male's properties in Vegas for about 6 years now but I am growing concerned.
The nail technician was sloppy, inaccurate, appeared to barely be able to see what she was doing, didn't seem to use the best sanitizing methods, ran late, rushed, and generally didn't do a very good job communicating. Outside of the manicure itself, the American Male service was its usual good level of quality.
People were friendly and hair cut was good. She was not very talkative but that's OK with me.. I also got a back and shoulder wax.. That was a disappointment.. She only waxed the back of my shoulders so I still have hair on the top and front.. I guess I have to use a razor now.
Service was great stylist did a great job...only negative my app was at 11 and stylist didn't show till that time and then took 10 min to set up...was not upset by that fact at all just wanted to give an honest critique..will definately be coming back

I really like my stylist, so I didn't want to say anything while I was there and risk her getting in trouble, but paying an extra $15+ for the massage and then having it be under 4 minutes is a bit on the ridiculous side. Still a good haircut.
Great service...Krista was amazing.
Kristy has been not only a professional, but she has given me a hairstyle that I am very happy with! And she is fun to be around!
