Store was dirty on my last visit. There was a big hole in the floor with a pipe sticking up right next to the chair where I got my hair cut. Eva was nice but she was not a real talkative person and was really rough.

Let me first say I have loved my haircut in the past. I've been coming there for about 2 years and I'm on my second stylist and about to be switched to my third. Is there a big turn over in this shop? My last appt. was with Kristy who told me she was leaving the shop and running late. My appointment seemed VERY rushed and I did not feel pamper like ususal. I'm not even sure she cut the top of my hair and she didn't trim my eyebrows. I hope my next appt. is better....looking at other location.
