Not real happy about appointment error, wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have a flight to catch, and acommodating me at the south location was a help, but extremely out of my way, and inconvenient.

Store was dirty on my last visit. There was a big hole in the floor with a pipe sticking up right next to the chair where I got my hair cut. Eva was nice but she was not a real talkative person and was really rough.
