Everyone was great at the salon I love the products and will always use them they work wonders for my thick hair. I was disappointed that when I had the woman thin my hair that she used thinning shears and not a razor. I thought going to a high level salon and paying for a higher level beautician she would be trained to use a razor which is what I really need with they way my hair is. The rest of my appointment went awesome she styled it perfect and I LOVE the head message before she starts. If I come back again I will just make sure that the beautician doesn't use thinning shears.
I have had several facials with Lindsey and she is very professional and attentive. I do have one suggestion for the salon environment overall. Sound carries very clearly between the front reception area and the massage/facial room. Entire conversations can be clearly heard. It's a bit annoying when you're trying to relax during a procedure. Other than that -- great service. Catch a Living Social or Groupon deal, and it's well worth the $$$!

I joined the spa membership in April -- couldn't be more pleased with the massages I receive at Studio 262. Now I can look forward to having a massage/facial every month!
My appointment with Lindsay was wonderful! Love the color, cut and style. She showed me a great way to curl and blow dry my hair for better/easier styling.

Always a good experience. I'd like more quiet time in the back room/shampoo room now that you have curtains up. I know you will read this and think..........."we need to move you along lady..........go home if you want more quiet time"!
