I called Thurs. 4-12-12 to order another pair of glass and told that I needed to speak to a different personnel. I was placed on hold and finally hung up. I held more than 5 and less than 10 minutes.

I called again the next day, at about 3:30, Friday and received a recording that the personnel was out to lunch.

I called the following Tues., 4-17-12 and placed an order.

I was impressed that the one answering recalled me.

All went well as usual... Job well done...

Everyone and everything was just fine..Can see just fine with my glasses.

Smooth as silk thats the best I can say. I think Helen is pushed a little hard. Is she the only one to do adjustments & to show frames. If so Drs. get her some HELP!! These Drs. are the best around the state of Oklahoma.

Great appointment! Dr. Higgs did a very thorough exam and he and his staff were friendly and helpful, as always!!

I am always confident that Dr. Higgs is going to give me the best eye exam possible, and that his opinion will be based on his long standing expertise and knowledge. I really would NOT want to go to another eye doctor. I trust Dr. Higgs with my sight! That's saying a lot!

I've been coming here for about 30yrs. Love it. I did get multiple appointment confirmation requests by email (1) and by text (2 sets of 3) and by phone (1). I don't know that the system is getting my electronic confirmations. I know the system is new but since I had 3 people coming I was being spammed regarding confirming all the appointments.

Jimmy and I were very pleased with our visit to your office yesterday. Thanks for being so considerate.
