AAA emergency response was prompt and exactly as stated. Responder got me going in order to drive to Federal. Need for new battery was accomplished promptly and professionaly. All was take care of in about 1-1/2 hours from call to AAA.

I work outside of Danbury and they it very esy for me to leave my car for service. Provide a loaner when possible and they are reliable and efficent. keep you informed of everything they do and will not do anything before discussing with you first. Enjoyable experience.

Been servicing my vechile at Federal Towing for roughly 8 years. Never a compliant. You can tell this is truely locally run business who values your business. Whether my services intervals are 3 months or 8 months, Tom always knows address me on a first name basis when I walk thru the doors. How he remembers, I have no idea. But it's great and gives me comfort I'm a value customer and just not revenue transaction.
