I was extremely disappointed that my appointment with Joyce was changed to Vivian without my consent. Not only did I get a differeny stylist, but it was a much more expensive one who was not included with the 20% off sale. My appointment wound up costing me much more than was planned. This is not a proper way to conduct a business or treat customers if you would like them to return again!
I sent an e-mail on Friday with feedback after my massage, which was a terrible disappointment! I had a 1 pm appointment with DIANA, she greeted me at 1:15 pm. When we arrived in the massage room, I confirmed to her that I was confirmed for a 90 minute massage. Diana then told me that she does not do 90 minute massages, but told me that she can do a 30 minute massage and a 30 minute facial. I told her that I did not want a facial, and scheduled a massage only. Again Diana told me to consider a 30 minute facial and 30 minute massage, assuring me that "clients like this". Again, I told her that I was not interested in a facial. It was quite obvious at this point that Diana did not want to do a 60 minute massage. Diana then suggested that I may want to do my massage "tomorrow, with the medical masseuse", I told her that I would not be available to do this. Diana then had to leave the room, for quite some time, while I was lying on the table, so that she could get "oils" from another room. The second interruption was when she had to stop to put on "slippers", during the massage, as she made a point to tell me that she herself has aches and pains from doing massages (perhaps she is in the wrong business!). I told Diana that I had some pain in my right shoulder and that I scheduled a "deep tissue massage". For the next 50 minutes, she rubbed my back, with her fingertips and used hot stones...this is not my idea of a deep tissue massage!!! I have worked in hotels for the past 32 years and I can assure you that the behavior displayed by Diana would not be tolderated. Not only did I pay for this "massage", but it was a complete waste of my time! I left Christie's feeling like I had nothing done!!! I am a regular client of Christie's, however, I can assure you that I will never use Diana again, nor will I recommend her. By the way, I did not leave her a tip!

I had an appointment for a haircut and blow out with Enza at 10am. I arrive at 9:40 and requested the possibility of taking out my grays. I was accomodated. But that delayed my scheduled appointment for the haircut. She then got backed up. Resulting in my being delayed to 12:30pm for the hair cut. My service providers were SUPERB. Just wish that my entire process didnt take 4 to 5 hours to complete with so much waiting time!
Jennifer is a fabulous stylist., so sweet, so talented and so quick.
And the blond woman ( forgot her name) at the appointment center desk is a very valuable asset...she alwasy makes me feel like I am the only customer! She is terrific.
ALso love Diana at makeup and the girls at the cashier.....great team
of people and you should feel very proud !!
One recommendation I do have for the owner: It seems your prices have gone up and I understand from a business perspective that you need to do this...However I think your timing was way off to have a price increase before the major construction we all had endure. In my last three visits I had to listen to the loud construction and walk around very carefully . I fully understand that you had to keep your business open but that only helped you and gave the customers a very bad" experience since part of going to the salon is for relaxtion. . I cannot even imagine what your staff had to endure and hope you gave them a bonus as if it was not for them and their excellent customer service and skills you may have lost a lot of customers or at least ticked off a lot! WOuldn't it have been an important gesture to give loyal customers a VIP card( we earned it) for going through this with you. I purchased one yesterday for 99.00 and the more I thought about it the more I thought this should have been given to custoemrs who stuck with you through this. Loyalty needs to be earned b both ways. Thank you for allowing me to gie this consturcutve critique and I look forward to your reply

Since my visit to Christie's, my hair is falling out. It is dry and brittle. The cut is choppy and the back is shaved and uneven in a most unflattering style (and I use the term loosely)
I can do nothing with it. I am looking for a wig for my niece's wedding.
Vivian is excellent. I am very picky when it comes to my haircuts. She is quick, efficient, and does an immaculate job. Highly recommended.
