Christie & Co Salon Spa

Took my daughter for the "Prom special". The sytlist & make-up artist did a beautiful job. She walked out of there looking beautiful and she was very happy with the outcome. While she met with the make-up technician I decided last minute to get my hair cut with the same stylist. The head wash was devine & my cut super. Both my dauther have been clients of Christie's & will remain so. Thank you for a great day.

Their work is truly excellent, but the staff's attitude is absolutley horrible. Especially anyone at the front desk and service counter. You can count on there being errors and mix ups with your appointment. Staff is very very rude!

I had an appointment with Rosetta. She is always cheerful and professional. She always makes you feel at ease. I come from Long Island for her and I can't imagine being waxed by anyone else.

As usual, I love how sweet, friendly, accommodating (when at all possible) everyone is. And on top of everything, John is a color genius and does his magic (my gray hair is a challenge), Gerri is a fantastic ringmaster of the Cristie circus, Lily gives me a hairwash vacation break, Cathy if so smooth and knows EXACTLY what to do for me..Love it all! Except the shredding ridiculous toilet paper!

I had a horrible experience when I went to Christie's for highlights about 2 weeks ago... I have been a client for over 10 years and this was by far the worst experience Ive had and probably wont be going back. My colorist has always been Chicky and she always did an amazing job, but I was told she retired..When I made this appointment, I asked if the color she used was on record and was assured my color was documented and the new colorist, Silvana, would be using the exact same color... When I went in for my appointment, I was told that Chicky never recorded the color she used, which was odd, since I was told there color was in your computer system.. I then proceeded to tell silvana I wanted the color very natural, very thin highlights all over... I ended up with very chunky, stripe-y highlights, that are at least 3/4 of an inch from the root.. I was so upset, I immediately asked that a glaze be put on... I am so disappointed.. The bleach was left on for over an hour and I did tell her chickey left it on for 20 -30 minutes at most... I looked like a zebra when I left.. Since then I have been going for color correction, and she was shocked that "Christie's" could do such an awful job.. I will never return again...

Excellent service as always

I was going to a wedding and was getting a simple haircut and blowout. But Jennifer went above and beyond and made me look like a movie star. A+++
