I can't say enough about the people and service of the Ideal Image in Springfield. The staff at Ideal Image are so great in taking care of their clients, I have been very impressed with every aspect. I have a difficult schedule and they have always been able to work with me, I never have a problem to reschedule if I need to. The techs there have always been punctual and friendly, and have made me comfortable in my process of becoming hair free. The whole process was much quicker than I thought it would be. certain areas were pretty painful, but for the most part it was quick and easy. The woman operating the laser was very nice, and patient with me during the rough spots. Next time I will definitely use some numbing cream. I can't wait to get the whole process finished!

Impressed with the friendliness and extent of information given by the staff. The fact they only have licenced nurses or a PA administer treatment is another plus. The nurse who did my treatment was awesome! Very happy, upbeat, and positive!
The staff was very helpful. The treatment was quick and easy. I had very little pain with the process. I love the gift bag of goodies. The Body Butter stuff is the bomb! I am looking forward to my next treatment!
