I have been taking my car to Eastside European since they opened there and prior to that, their Ballard location. They have in so many ways saved me a lot of money while providing for me excellent services.

I like that they are not only great professionals but after years of having them service my car, I've built such a relationship with them that I can now call them friends! So for honest and integrity... there is no one better!

Great people! Excellent service. They were able to diagnose the problem promptly and efficiently. They made sure the problem was solved before the car was returned to me. The car (Jaguar XK-8) runs fantastic. I would recommend Eastside European to anyone who is looking for a great service place to take your car. You can feel confident that it will be fixed correctly. In addition the manager followed up to make sure everything was working properly! 5 star rating from me!

Made an appointment, dropped the car, got a loaner car. They finish the job quicker than I expected. The owner, Shane, is very professional, and courteous. As far as price goes, It has been a long time since last time I had car repaired, so I don't know if the price is fair or not. I am very happy, definitely will bring my car in for any future repair.

I felt like the options on what to fix we're presented in a logical and flexible manner. I didn't feel pressured to fix everything. The best part is, my car is actually fixed. :)

Very friendly and professional. I felt that the estimate of work necessary, along with the charges, were well detailed and explained to me by Shane. I was quite pleased when a loaner vehicle was available so that I wouldn't have to arrange transportation. Travis, the mechanic appears to be very knowledgeable and efficient. All in all it was a good experience and I will definitely return.
