I called and made a reservation when I received an email saying it was 40% off with a new stylist and I told the receptionist that too. When I paid they didn't give me the 40% off and I didn't realize until after I left. You shouldnt advertise specials if you're not going to honor them. Other then that Mimi was excellent. Very sweet and did a great job
I have seen 3 separate stylists and have consistently received the same good outcomes whether I am getting a totally new hairstyle or color. It is a good feeling to know going in, that you can trust that the stylist is listening to you, and also will work with you to always make it right!
