My first appointment was great introductory experience, which left me happy enough to recommend this spot to a few friends looking for dependable car repair shops near my school campus.
However my most recent were for 2 average fixes, a front headlight and a right (passenger's)side mirror assembly; the mirror required the door's panel to be taken apart for motor features, however my right side speaker ended up popping off the very first time (same day repair) Come to find out the metal hinge was poorly removed and stripped during the repairs, which I will be forced to replace since there is a piece stripped off and this interferes every time a passenger is present. (and if kept off, there is an annoying sound interference.) I will update on the satisfaction precautions used if they contact to redeem this error. Really did appreciate all of Gary's help, this may be just a minor slip up of some sort but it would've been nice for an update on such before paying.
