Benton Family Dentistry

I have multiple chemical sensitivity so called ahead to insure no room deodorizers, perfumes, room plug-ins, or scented candles were in use. Assured it was safe. I went in and there were three of the toxic and volitive chemical sources permeating the room. Taken to the patients room where it was better till the dent. hygenist had fragrance on that cause my throat to swell nearly closed. Then my mygrane started. Top that off with a pounding rock beat music with many 'vile' street slang words being used that were offensive for me, while I was trying to relax.
I believe the dentist is probably skilled, but I can't chance the life and death situation I must avoid, like "TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME. I must repeat that I ask first about my safety before I made this appointment. So I now can't put my faith and trust in my safety there.

For those of us who are nervous about being seen and having work done, the staff was very understanding, caring and sweet. They explained everything, talked me through what they were doing/going to do. Dr. Benton himself was very personable and is interested in getting to know YOU. Which is important when you have certain fears and worries.

Excellent as usual

It is always a pleasant experience with Dr. Benton and his excellent staff. They always make me feel comfortable and relaxed , and it's always hard for me to be relaxed!

Dentist makes you very comfortable. But needs to hire new front office personnel. She was the most unperfessional phone call I've ever experienced. It became too personnel and she had me in tears. Its none of your business my personnel finance situation all you need to know is I was unemploued and will pay when applicable.

After I arrived at the office my wait was short in the lobby. The work was quick and painless. I was asked plenty of questions about how I felt and my comfort by Dr. Benton and his assistants. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
