I was on my lunch so I received quick service to get my oil change.
Their technician seem to make a mistake every time I'm in. Oil change should include tire rotation. I ask for it at the counter but when I pick up my truck it has not been done This has happen 3 out of 4 times. I end up waiting another 15-20 minutes eventhough they had my truck there for half a day or better. This has happen on more than one occasion. I've had other work done which required them pull apart the dash and when I come back it has not been put back together properly. Why am I noticing these errors? AC Auto charges top dollar. The shop looks great and the customer service is great but the technicians need better schooling or they need to pay more attention to details. I also had one miss diagnostic to my truck. They tried to sell me a part that I didn't need. The part was rusty but not broken. I took a hammer to it when I got home and knock on wood it's been working fine since. That was 6-8 months ago.
Hope to see improvements the next time I come to visit.
