I was on my lunch so I received quick service to get my oil change.
I'm a new client(1yr.) but am treated like an "old friend". The staff is friendly, helpful, professional and very good at what they do. Wait time is minimal..with or without an appointment. The (waiting) reception area is very pleasant and confortable. But most of all, I believe they are honest and thorough. The service was performed in a timely manner, but I do not understand the pricing. A part that cost 59.99 cost me $390 in labor and there was a supply charge for 29.99 that I was not aware of. The car was fixed in less than two hours, but I guess at nearly $200 per hour (labor), it should have been. I think the pricing needs to change. The other concern is that my other car needed a new starter and they told me it would cost $600 for them to fix it. I left and went to another shop where the labor charge was $60. The car is up and running. I THINK THEY NEED TO REVIEW THEIR PRICING. I used to recommend their service to family and friends, but when I told family how much they quoted me to fix the van and car, they told me from now on to go elsewhere because we are getting ripped off.
