Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Myers and his staff are very thorough and are very personable and caring.
This was the first time I had to pick out glasses. And both Julie and Kim K. were so patient with me during this process. And after two visits I finally found the ones I loved!
My initial exam went great but because I had Medicaid I was not cared about. I was stuck waiting and waiting and waiting for an hour. Then got told it was because of there being 3 doctors that others were being before me when I was there before any of them. It was very rude feeling.
I again found the staff to be most gracious but professional and very thorough. It almost makes it a pleasure to come in for an "eye check." I always feel as if I can ask any question about my eye care and receive an understandable and complete answer.
The staff was pleasant, courteous and professional. The wait time was excessive and I nearly had to reschedule.
