Overall I really like the office, I like the office staff and doctors. I have been a client for several years. In fact, I drive from Caldwell to visit your office. I was surprised yesterday when I visited the office to repair my daughters eye glass frames to find out that I have/had a $109 credit on my account. While if I owed your office $109 I would be called often wanting your money, as should be the case, however, your office felt it is ok to not only not notify me of the credit but to also not send me the credit. At a minimum there should have been a call asking if I want to keep it on my account. How long would you hold the credit? What if I decided to change offices because of location, would the office kept the money?
