I had an appointment at 4:45 but I got there at 4:15 with ample time for my eye exam. The receptionist told me she would check to see if the doctor could see me because she was running late. I advised her the point of making an appointment is to be sure that you are seen that day. She came back saying the doctor was not going to be able to see me and that I would have to reschedule. I told them I would take my business elsewhere since obviously they could not honor my appointment and I left.
