So incredibly helpful. I find that most places I take my vehicle, I am either being told to fix something that doesn't need fixing or told that I'm being a "girl" and nothing is wrong with my car. Didnt have that problem here. My car started screeching on a Friday afternoon so I called them up and explained that my car was crying when I hit the brakes and asked if they had time next week to look. They said I could come in that day and got it handled for me. They didnt try to tell me my back brakes needed to be replaced just to make a sale- they did what needed to be done and offered advice for what should be done in the next few months without being pushy. :) I will definitely be back!
I have used Tire Pros for tires and more for several years and have found their service to be above and beyond, over the top! They are 100% honest, will let you know what does and doesn't need to be done, will inform you politely, accurately and comprehensibly about what needs to be done and why, and will finish your work in a timely manner. They also keep you updated via phone as to how it is going while they have your car. Once, when I needed to go into Htg Bch to pick up a car to use while mine was in the shop, the owner himself gave me a lift! I plan to have **all** my car's work done here now and on into the future! You won't go wrong with this shop!

Always a quick and easy visit. Staff is knowledgeable and easy going. Saturday was still in and out for an oil change and tire rotation in under an hour.

As always, friendly and helpful people who don't try to sell you something your car doesn't need. They are efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Tire Pros for auto repairs and maintenance.
The guys at Fountain Valley Tire Pro's were awesome. just had new tires, ball joints, alignment and service done on my 2006 Mustang GT. It was done before they said it would be and came in at the price they quoted. Great work, great service.
The staff at Tire Pros were very good about explaining in detail the work being done on my car. I had additional questions and they took the time to answer them all. They did seem to have a little problem with their computer system but who doesn't at one point or another. Service was quick. I had a fair amount of work done and they did it all in one day. Based on the one visit...I'd go back again.
Awesome service; these guys are the best. We've brought our cars here for years and have always felt they have been honest in their appraisals of the work needed as well as in what they charge for their work - no unnecessary fees or work that didn't need to be done. They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, and to make sure your experience with them is always positive.
