Most of the appointment went great! Really benefited from Dr. Maddox's thorough analogy of my dental needs. But I was charged for some items I was not aware were going to be charged to my out-of-pocket expenses. If the Doctor could have wrote a prescription for them it would have been far cheaper. Thats the only bummer.
I recieved excellent painfree care at my visits, enjoyable staff, every step was explained carefully and completely. Very satisfied.
My time with Dr Maddox is always good and his work has been without problem for me. The staff if friendly and ready to assist with whatever question or need you have. Going to the dentist is not an unpleasant experience for me.

Everyone in the office is nice and Ryan is a great gentle dentist.
I have been a long time patient at this location, and have been very happy with Dr.Maddox since he took over a few years ago. He is curteous, professional and genuinely caring. His staff is easy to work with and there is a positive feeling that makes going to the dentist less intimidating.

Liked the camera pictures on the screen. Could see problems! Very effective in understanding problems. I still had xrays and NOT charaged!! Wow..! I also apreciate only charging for the the fillng and work!! No extra fees! Office seemed a bit dated, but really like the hygenist, Stacy. She was friendly! I also look forward to not having the whole filling removed as it seem a possible danger of getting later problems.
