My experience at the clinic was great. The staffs and the Dr were really nice .
I lost my glasses in an airport on the way to a Hawaiian Vacation. Upon my return to that same airport a week later, I found that many glasses are left in airport terminals. Each agent finds about three pairs per day. After 48 hours they are shipped to a location in the USA, gathered together and donated to a charity that provides glasses to those who cannot afford them. At OPE, I was greeted warmly on the phone, helped in person by someone who assisted me in selecting a the right solution for my dilemma and a new pair of glasses. Decision is yet to come but I was not pressured to make the decision at that moment! Great customer service!! Thank you so much.

Dr. Langford is always a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, but always speaks in such a way that you immediately understand the explanation. His rapport with both adults and kids is amazing and I would highly recommend him. In addition, the entire Omaha Primary EyeCare staff is extremely friendly and very professional. And the fantastic use of technology to schedule appointments and to send reminders is exceptional. This is simply a top-notch organization. I have had great experiences with Omaha Primary EyeCare. They have worked closely with me when trying to adjust to contact lenses. They have been very flexible with their schedule when I needed to come back in for follow up appointments.

Appointment started on time with little to no down time. The entire process flowed very smoothly. Staff was very frieindly an accomodating. Everything was explained in detail and answers provided to any questions. Very good experience, as usual.
