Happy with service performed on vehicle.

Front wheel fixed fine. I was not having any brake problems, but you suggested new calipers. Now the brake pedal goes almost to the floor before braking, and is very soft. I have an appointment Monday to fix that.

The owners of this business are great but every time we go there now, the techs are calling us to tell us that we need to buy some part or fix something. It seems that they are on commission and just trying to find something to add to the ticket. We do not like this; our office people don't know whether or not to say yes or no when they get the calls.

Thank you to all of your staff. I have been very pleased with the quailty service provided and extremely impressed with the customer service as well. Jennifer has been aamazing in her care and concern for not only my Jeep but also my well being. Thank you again for taking me to work and then bringing my keys back to me at my job.
