Cheerful staff and prompt service. All repairs were done professionally. The only reason they didn't get four stars was their pricing which was not much different than BMW. I was expecting lower rates.

I just wish I did not have to pay..for the pulley... I went in with the plan to pay $450

so now I have no$$$$$ to repair that car

As a busy female CEO, I really enjoy going to Dr. Import when my car needs routine maintenance.
