I was very pleased with the service I got. Everyone took the time to explain what was going on with my brakes and they replaced the front ones, which were defective, and put new ones on the rear. They are fine now.
They were knowledgeable,and honest. I also enjoyed their sincere interest in helping me. I used the Carlife key coupon I bought from one of my Younglife kids and they still gave me great quality service. I really appreciate what you do for the community and helping my students raise money to have a life changing week at camp.

Great service! This is the second time I have brought my car to Carlife. The first bill came to $2300. 00 and this second time it came to $1550.00. I do not have that kind of cash on me! So last time and this time I have been able to have the work done and make payments. This service is greatly appreciated. I will be back for future problems.

Desk person wasn't friendly. I was told I need rotors but they weren't measured. Battery water almost empty on truck. Oil cap left off filler on riveria..it was difficult to understand bill. Overall price was ok. Facility was very clean. ( I brought 2 veh in for service) Please don't tell me I need rotors unless you mic them. Also it didn, t appear that battery was ck on riveria. Its located under rear seat. The last time you worked on my truck you did a great job.

As always, prompt attention, easy intake and completion. They did exactly as I asked, listed additional services recommended and prioritized/priced them for me. Called when complete. Highly recommend their services.
Bought 3 oil changes using Weeklyplus. Our vehicle uses synthetic oil so I knew we would be charged extra. We ended up with a bill for $31.65 WITH the coupon because of the oil. I then calculated our total to be $39.98 ($31.65+$8.33 for the coupon). Seemed extreme so I checked around. Walmart carries Mobile 1 (5 quart) for $24.97. Arrowhead Honda has a non-promotional rate of $37.95 plus tax. Therefore, Carlife would be a much more expensive option. I called & explained this to the staff who said someone would get back to me. No one has.
