AVEDA Institute St. Petersburg

I've gone to the Aveda Institute for a number of years, and am always pleased with my treatments. The students are always pleasant, and it's just a fun girls' day out!

Why do you blast country music? You should have some type of nutural music! Terrible to listen to this for hours. Color is nice but not a good cut.

My service was excellent. Ashley, who is 3 weeks shy of graduating, did a fantastic job. She explained everything along the way, was professional, and meticulous! She's a pro!

The color retouch was nicely done by the student. After that, I felt some impatience. Her styling methods were kind of disconnected and jerky - didn't make me feel good - and while I always tell myself to speak up because it is my hair and they are students and I can make suggestions, I seldom do. It would be great if they made more openings to see if I was entirely happy or had suggestions. I would like that. I got a kind of up-do which (in spite of lots of tease and spray) fell out within an hour of leaving, but was fun to watch it being done.

I had such a great experience. My stylist was very well prepared, did my hair exactly as I requested, and the people in the reception area were very professional and knowledgable. Will definitely be recommending :-)
