Not knowing much about cars, it makes me very nervous taking my car places, as I don't want to be told I need parts that I don't really need, etc etc. This was not the case here, and I appreciated Kevin (I think it was) taking the time to explain and show me what was going on. Replaced positive connector to car battery. Got in before 8am and initial estimate was to be done before 10:30am since there were so many others in the queue. I told them I was hoping to be in at work by 9am. They moved me up the queue and was finished in 20 minutes. Happy with the result. Thank you Pacific Car Care.

Very pleasant experience
I stopped in without an appointment, expecting to leave my Plymouth at least overnight and maybe two nights. However, Mike called me within four hours, and he said the minor problem was repaired.
