I was between two business meetings when my battery light came on. The battery guage was quickly moving to the left (which is not good). I decided to get my car into Dave's before it stopped in the middle of Lamar Blvd. My vehicle barely rolled into the parking lot before completly losing power. That was at 2 o'clock. I left my car there and made it to my second meeting. At 5:15, I was leaving Dave's on my way home with a new alternator and a new battery. Great service!
Been bringing my truck to Dave's for 5 years and have always gotten excellent service. You get a quick and direct assessment of the problem and an immediate estimate. Unlike so many service centers, the staff at Dave's gives you only the repair you ask for. I've never been pressed to add unnecessary services on top of repairing a problem. They are great in the clutch, too, whenever you need help.

When my engine light came on, I panicked. I remembered seeing Dave's on my way to work. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Michelle said she'd work me in, and Dave himself gave me a ride to work.
Sadly my 10 year old car has visited Dave's a lot recently however I always feel confident in the work and appreciate the personal customer service

Appointment setting was quick. Estimate was thorough with photos! Approved work done on time as promised. Love the email tracking system. No surprises at check out. Pricing is very competitive.
I am a repeat customer because I am treated well at the first phone call, in the shop, at the register, all the way through walking out the door. The front desk staff are personable, knowledgeable, and take the time to discuss the services they provide before moving forward. You will notice when you call that you are greeted, not just answered.
