I see Dr. Sanford and he is wonderful. I am very sensitive and get scared at the dentist but I totally trust my dentist. I highly recommend them especially if you are a very nervous person at the dentist!!

I went to see the doctor to fix an implant problem. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable and confident.

the 2 plus hours it took to clean my teeth, prep molar and make impression for a crown went by really fast, but made me feel very secure. I know that the time used was to make sure every detail was covered and professional cleanliness as well as courtesy ensured. thank you, M.A.

The dentist I saw was friendly and filled me in on everything he was doing while working on my teeth. The receptionist was completely unprofessional!!!! I told them my exact schedule being that work & that's my number one priority. They NEVER met my schedule needs. I would get a call at five at night trying to fill an appointment early the next day am. Being that I work graveyard it was difficult to make. Then when I woul set an appointment they texte me called my work phone and fiancs phone at 7pm to change my appointment time the next day. This is bad business and gave me a bad impression. I also let the receptionist know that I wanted my work done in stages due to cost that my insurance didn't cover. They didn't fill me in on the work I was having done and on my way out hit me up for $300. I would have waited for the work If I knew ahead of time what I was being billed for so I could budget it. I received no print out of billing whatsoever completely unacceptable. I have heard good things about the dentist so I willgo back but I refuse to have surprise bills I want to know every penny upfront so I can decide if it works for my budget at the time!!!

A painful proceedure was scheduled. Drs. Afzali and Standford were both caring and generous with their time. This made the proceedure almost pleasant.
