My permanent wire retainer on my bottom teeth came "un-glued" on one side. I called Alliance Dentistry first thing in the morning...and was given an appointment for that day. I walked in to the office, was checked in, and didn't even have time to sit down before I was called back. Dr. Maureen had me fixed up in under 10 minutes! We are new to this area, from NY...and were referred to Alliance by a friend. Best referral we've gotten!!!
It's a pleasure to enjoy going to the dentist! Everyone here is wonderful and helpful from the front desk (yay Sandra!!!)all the way through the office.
Wonderful Staff - The best doctor I have ever had. Everyone makes you feel at ease and Dr Tim explains what he is going to do in great detail.

I love your group. You are all amazingly nice people, and I've never had a better dentist. I recently relocated to Boston and had a pretty negative experience with my new dentist. I wish I still lived in the Raleigh area!
